Helping Hands FoundationIndependence Day
Every year on 15th August, we come together to celebrate our nation’s freedom with immense pride and patriotic fervor. We organize special programs for the children we serve, teaching them about our country’s struggle for independence and the value of freedom. Flag hoisting, cultural activities, and distributing sweets mark this joyous occasion, instilling love for our motherland in young hearts.
Netaji Jayanti
On 23rd January, we honor the birth anniversary of our fearless freedom fighter, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. We remember his courage, leadership, and unwavering dedication to India’s independence. Through storytelling sessions and inspirational talks, we share his legacy with children and families. This day reminds us that determination and bravery can overcome any obstacle. Netaji’s spirit continues inspiring our mission to serve the nation.
Shivaji Jayanti
We celebrate 19th February with great enthusiasm, marking the birth of the legendary Maratha warrior, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. His values of justice, courage, and protecting the weak resonate deeply with our foundation’s mission. We organize cultural programs sharing stories of his bravery and administrative genius. This day inspires us to continue fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves, just as Shivaji Maharaj stood for his people.
Gandhi Jayanti
On 2nd October, we at Helping Hands Foundation commemorate the birthday of our beloved Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. We observe this day with prayer meetings, cleanliness drives, and discussions about Gandhi’s principles of truth, non-violence, and service to humanity. His simple life and high thinking guide our foundation’s work daily. Teaching children about Gandhiji’s values helps build a more compassionate tomorrow for our nation.
